About the Voice Diagnostic

The Voice Diagnostic is the central instrument in PowerVox's diagnostic architecture. It measures Voice Quotient (VQ) – the third dimension of leadership development that sits alongside IQ (what you know) and EQ (how you connect). VQ is the capacity to take what you know and feel and turn it into communication that actually creates movement.

The six dimensions

Signal – what you notice before you open your mouth. Clarity – the message that arrives in the room. Authenticity – the gap between what you think and what you say. Confidence – how you hold under pressure. Presence – whether the room feels you, not just hears you. Impact – whether anything actually moves.
