Where strong voices keep growing.

The Greenhouse is a private, ongoing membership for women who have done the foundational work – and refuse to let it fade. This is where the growth continues. Where you practise, sharpen, and evolve alongside women who speak from the same place of truth.

Applications open to Root to Grow graduates only.

The Space

More than a community. A place of your own.

Most leadership communities give you a login and a content library. The Greenhouse is something different. It's a protected environment – warm, private, intentional – where senior women come to do the real work. Not networking. Not surface-level connection. The work of staying clear, staying honest, and staying sharp in rooms that test you every day.

This is a space with a manifesto. A set of agreements about how we show up, how we hold space, and how we support each other. Every member signs it. Every member honours it. That's what makes this different from everything else.

The Greenhouse exists because growth doesn't end with a programme. It ends when you stop tending to it.

Your First Month

You won't arrive alone.

Joining The Greenhouse isn't just signing up. It's being welcomed in. Your first month is designed to help you feel grounded, connected, and ready to make this space your own.

Welcome & Orientation
A personal welcome session that introduces you to the space, the rhythm, the manifesto, and the tools. You'll know exactly how The Greenhouse works before your first full week.

Your Greenhouse Buddy
You'll be paired with an existing member who'll be your guide for the first month. Someone who's been where you are, who knows the space, and who'll make sure you feel at home.

First-Month Check-in
At the end of your first month, a check-in to hear how you're settling in, answer any questions, and help you find your rhythm within the community.

Throughout your time in The Greenhouse, Jen, our Community Manager, is your ongoing point of support – here to help you navigate the space, connect with the right people, and make sure you always feel held.

Power Rooms
Regular facilitated sessions where you practise high-stakes communication in real-world scenarios. Stakeholder pushback. Board presentations. Difficult peer conversations.
Town Halls
Monthly community gatherings – facilitated, focused, and open. A space to share wins, surface challenges, and stay connected to the women doing this work alongside you.
Monthly Expert Sessions
Guest speakers from across leadership, communication, and influence. Fresh perspectives curated by PowerVox, designed to challenge and inspire. Every session is recorded and added to The Library.
The Library
A growing archive of expert sessions, frameworks, and resources that compounds over time. The longer you're a member, the richer it gets. Your own searchable knowledge base for leadership and voice.
VQ Diagnostic
Ongoing access to our Voice Quotient diagnostic. Track your growth over time. See how your communication patterns evolve across different environments and audiences.
Private Community
A protected, members-only space for conversation, reflection, and support between sessions. Not a noisy feed. A quiet room with people who understand.
Optional – Available to members
Co-working Sessions
Focused work time alongside other members. Bring your board paper, your pitch deck, your difficult email. Work in the company of women who understand what it costs to get these things right.
Quarterly Meetups & Retreats
In-person gatherings for members who want to deepen connections beyond the screen. Intimate, curated, and designed around the same principles as everything in The Greenhouse.
Coaching Support
Access paid 1:1 coaching from PowerVox-qualified facilitators on an ad hoc basis. For the moments when you need focused, expert support beyond the group.

The Lion's Den

Some conversations can't be rehearsed alone. The Lion's Den is where you face them – with professional actors who play the people in your real life. Your resistant stakeholder. Your dismissive board member. The colleague who talks over you.
