Over six weeks, in a small cohort of senior women, you'll do the work that most leadership programmes skip entirely: learning to say the real thing, in the room that matters, when the stakes are high.
This isn't about being louder. It's about being clearer. It's about knowing what you think, saying it cleanly and without apology, and holding your position if the room pushes back.

Seeing It Clearly
You'll analyse your own communication using The Black Egg - our AI-driven voice analysis tool - and see, for the first time, the gap between what you intend and what actually lands. Awareness before action.
Understanding the Mechanics
We layer our diagnostic test. Why do you soften under pressure? Why does your voice change depending on who's in the room? What did I notice in the room this week that I chose not to name? What would have happened if I had? This phase unpacks the patterns, the triggers, and the environments that shape how you show up.
Practising in Safety
In a safe, facilitated cohort environment, you practise saying the things you've been holding back. Power Room simulations put you in high-stakes scenarios - stakeholder pushback, board-level challenge, difficult upward conversations - so you build the muscle before the real moment arrives.
Applying in Reality
Theory meets the real world. You prepare for a specific, real conversation using the PowerVox preparation framework - then you go and have it. Your cohort holds you accountable and together we explore the outcome. We also introduce Signal - the ability to read what's happening in the room before you speak. Most leaders who filter and hedge are actually responding to something they noticed: a power dynamic, a tension, a risk. They're reading signal brilliantly - and then using it against themselves. This phase makes that pattern conscious: what are you noticing, and what are you doing with what you notice?
Integration
You re-analyse your original message from Week 1 and see the distance you've travelled. Reviewing the journey across the six dimensions of voice - Signal, Clarity, Authenticity, Confidence, Presence, Impact. Where have you shifted? Where is the ongoing work? Building a voice practice that continues beyond the programme.You build a personal voice compass - your principles for communicating under consequence - and leave with a clear intention on how to keep growing. Building your VQ requires practice but now you have the tools in hand.
