You are invited
A half-day, in person, for capable women who lead, build, and carry a lot โ and who think better when they step out of the noise.
An afternoon of clear thinking, honest conversation, and space to reconnect with what matters. Small group. Beautiful room. No screens, no strategy documents, no performance.
Reserve your placeTogether, stronger
It can feel as though every week brings another story about how hard it is to be a woman in leadership โ under-represented, over-stretched, undervalued.
All of that is real. And it is also true that there has never been a better moment to lead in your own way, with your own voice.
What the research keeps showing is this: the leaders who sustain it are the ones with a room to think in. An honest, ambitious, peer group. A space to grow that isn't asking anything of you.
That's what this afternoon is.
What it is โ and what it isn't
The world needs more thoughtful, capable women running impact-led businesses and teams. And the prevailing leadership culture โ loud, fast, performative โ has left many brilliant people burnt out, guarded, and playing themselves small.
This is not a retreat. It is not a training workshop. It is not another thing on your list.
It is a considered, grounded reset for women who want the conditions to think clearly โ and the company of peers who understand.
It's only half a day. Sometimes half a day is all it takes to think differently.
You don't need a week away. You don't need another framework. You don't need more noise.
You need space โ to think clearly, to reconnect, to step out from under the mental load โ and you need it in good company.
The room where it happens
You're not logging into a call. You're not at your desk with one eye on your inbox.
You're in a room - calm, warm, considered - with no more than twelve peers. A space designed to help your thinking stretch.
We begin gently, with light openers - because when the body settles, the mind opens.
Then we make space for the deeper work. You'll be guided through structured reflection, intelligent prompts, and real conversation, designed to help you:
- Untangle a complex challenge you've been carrying
- Find clarity on a decision you've been circling
- Reconnect your everyday actions with your deeper values
- Surface the ideas that haven't yet had the right conditions to grow
You will never be put on the spot. You will never be forced to share. But you will feel the shift that happens when smart, thoughtful people sit together and make space to think well.
You'll also meet the Black Egg
Part of the afternoon is hands-on.
The Black Egg is a PowerVox tool that does something quietly revealing: it shows you the distance between what you meant to say and what your reader actually receives.
You'll bring a real message - an email, a note, something you've been wrestling with how to phrase - and see what the Black Egg shows you. It's often the moment the afternoon turns: the point where how I communicate stops being abstract and becomes specific, visible, and changeable.
It's a first taste of how PowerVox works - and of the longer journey inside The Greenhouse.

Who this is for
This is for you if:
If you've been circling a decision, carrying a challenge, or feeling the gap between the pace you're keeping and the clarity you want - this afternoon is built for you.
Why it works
Being heard, in a safe space, does something powerful.
Before anything blossoms, it strengthens its roots. Before the bloom, there's a bud - waiting for the right conditions: warmth, light, space.
This half-day creates those conditions. Strong roots. Clear thinking. Fresh perspective.
It is also a true taste of The Greenhouse - the calm, intelligent environment PowerVox is building for women who are leading, creating, and carrying a great deal.
What you'll leave with
Your host โ Rachel Flower
This experience is hosted by PowerVox and led by its founder, Rachel Flower.
Rachel's work is about voice - the gap between what leaders mean and what actually lands, and what changes when people are genuinely heard. It's the thinking behind PowerVox, behind the Black Egg, and behind The Greenhouse.
That work is grounded in a long career at the sharp end of business. Rachel is a commercial lawyer by background, with 25+ years advising on strategy, growth, and complex problems; she has built her own consultancy to seven figures and founded a health-tech start-up. She is a C-suite strategic advisor, volunteers as Chair of Trustees for an Academy Trust, and is mum to two teenage daughters.
She built PowerVox because the leaders she most admired all had something in common - and it wasn't volume. It was the ability to speak with clarity, to be heard, and to create real impact without losing themselves to do it.
