What happens in "The Greenhouse"

"The Greenhouse" was a community that we launched and delivered in 2019, as a "safe space to grow" for women leaders. When the Covid-19 pandemic took its grip, so many women were in survival mode and - let's be honest - growing into the best version of self took a back seat for most of us. 
We've decided it's the right time to bring it back. 
In fact, the  need for The Greenhouse as a community women leaders is now greater than ever. 

And to be clear, The Greenhouse is not a protected place where nothing difficult happens. It is a deliberately created environment in which people can do difficult growth safely. We grow through the sh*t. We see adversity as fertiliser for growth, whilst respecting that Life brings seasons for action, and seasons for hibernation. The most powerful growth often happens whilst it is not wholly visible. Think about the roots of a great oak tree, unseen but deeply
